While sustaining intercultural dialogue, the projected activities promote the mobilty of artists and cultural works at transnational European level.

These objectives will to be implemented by five co-organisers - Jenaer Philharmonie (Germany), Štátny Komorný Orchester Žilina (Slovakia), Simfonicni Orkester RTV Slovenija (Slovenia), Orchestre de Picardie (France) and Filharmonia Slaska (Poland) - as well as three new associated members - the New Symphony Orchestra in Sofia (Bulgaria), Filharmonie Bohuslav Martinu (Zlin - Czech Republic) and Malta Philharmonic Orchestra (Valletta - Malta).
